I’m Mira Kaddoura,
the host of Into Healing.
Having grown up in wars, I am no stranger to injustice and oppression. My ancestors endured even worse. Both through my and my family’s experiences, I had layers upon layers of trauma that I never wanted to face. Two experiences made me realize that I could no longer go on pretending everything was okay.
The first was the combined impact of my three consecutive miscarriages and the second was the August 4, 2020, explosion in my hometown of Beirut, Lebanon. Each in their own way, these experiences made me realize that it was time to face myself and begin to heal.
Over the past 10 years, as my healing journey has grown more profound, I have found more presence, freedom, joy, and embodiment. I’ve been able to learn from so many incredible people and been inspired by transformational healing journeys that made me see and believe that healing is possible.
Into Healing’s mission is to give everyone a way into healing, so I invite you to come on this journey with me.
